Cancellation policy
Please review these Subscription Terms & Conditions carefully. This contains important and relevant information regarding your purchase. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
1. Product Descriptions & Substitutions
We try to make the site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nevertheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice. Due to product availability or if there are unexpected limitations in material availability, substitutions may occur.
2. Order Fulfillment
1-time purchases will ship immediately but may take up to 10 days for processing.
You will be able to purchase the specific kit as indicated in the product descriptions for bi-monthly subscriptions.
Once a new kit is released, you won’t be able to order the past kits.
You can still find the past patterns in the Patterns section to complete your collection.
For all subscribers, your first kit (as indicated in the product description) will ship immediately but may take up to 10 days for processing.
For Prepay customers, your future kits ship between 16-20th of the reveal months. Within your prepaid period, we will create the order for you with a $0 charge on the 15th of the reveal months.
For Bi-monthly Subscribers, your future kits ship between 21-25th of the reveal months. Around 16th of the reveal month, you will receive a reminder email about your recurring charge. We will create the order and process the payment on 21st of the reveal month unless skipped/canceled by you.
* All orders shipped outside of the United States will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees that may be related to the delivery of your order. Delivery time varies by country and can take up to five weeks. Order tracking is not available and we are not responsible for the package once it is shipped.
3. Cancellation Policy
All subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled by you.
Prepay plans are available for 6 months (3 kits) and 12 months (6 kits). At the time you place your order, we will schedule the rest of your kits to ship. You can skip a kit at any time using your subscription portal, and we will reschedule the rest of your kits acoordingly. If you choose to "cancel" a prepay plan, you won't be charged again but the remaining kits will still ship as scheduled. Once the first kit is shipped, a prepay order is not eligible for cancellations/refunds.
Subscription Plan is charged every other month as each kit reveals (bi-monthly), unless skipped/cancelled. You will be able to skip or cancel your subscription at any time using your subscription portal. However, the cancellation needs to be done before you are charged for the kit. Once the kit is shipped, it is not eligible for refunds/returns.
4. Return Policy
All Subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns on our subscriptions. Any purchase returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your subscription does not arrive or a product is damaged, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

All products of StitchableCards and our parent company Waffle Flower Crafts are for personal use only.
Duplication of any kind of our patterns is prohibited at all circumstances.
Unauthorized distribution of our patterns is prohibited.
You may show partial of the photo side of our pattern in a photo or video with due credit.
Do not share the chart side of our patterns in any media format on any platform.
